Engagement & Community Interaction

• Engaging with followers and relevant accounts by replying to comments, liking reposted content, and helping maintain an authentic brand presence.

Performance Awareness

• Tracking basic engagement metrics such as impressions, likes, reposts, and replies to identify the best-performing post types, tones, and topics.
• Adjusting content style and posting cadence based on insights from performance metrics.

Coordination & Brand Alignment

• Ensuring that all content aligns with broader themes, campaigns, and events while following brand guidelines and platform policies.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 2-5+ years of experience in creating content specifically for Twitter.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy, reflecting a strong understanding of X's culture and tone.
• Experience with thread storytelling and mechanics for engagement such as polls.
