As a CRO Specialist, the individual will engage in a variety of tasks:
Design and implement growth experiments that span the entire conversion funnel from formulating hypotheses through to launch and evaluation.
Maintain a well-organized pipeline of experiments anchored on impact, effort, and the value of learnings anticipated from them.
Collaborate closely with teams that include design, engineering, and key stakeholders, ensuring that testing concepts are transitioned into high-quality experiments.
Utilize analytics, user research, market insights, and best practices to uncover opportunities and support strong hypothesis development based on data-driven insights.
Transparently share experiment results and insights with various team members and stakeholders to foster alignment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates are expected to meet several criteria to be considered for this role:
A minimum of 2 to 4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), website optimization, or roles focused on growth.
Proven achievements in designing and executing experiments that have led to measurable business outcomes, such as increased conversion rates and revenue boosts.
Experience in high-velocity testing environments with a robust drive to enhance the speed of experimentation while maintaining quality and learning value.
Strong analytical skills are essential, with hands-on experience in interpreting quantitative data from platforms like GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI.
The ability to think conceptually, structuring and prioritizing experiments in line with strategic growth objectives.
Proficiency in Figma or a comparable design tool is a must, with the capability to produce high-fidelity, multi-variant test concepts independently.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling clear presentations of insights and strategies to stakeholders across various functions and levels of seniority.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Convert, and complementary tools such as Hotjar, is also beneficial.
