Role Specification
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and agents specifically tailored for sales, marketing, and RevOps functions.
Build custom AI tools that are scalable and ready for client adoption, ensuring high integration with platforms like HubSpot and other SaaS technologies.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and deliver focused solutions that enhance client experience.
Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations that facilitate the seamless use of AI tools across various client environments.

Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of professional experience in software development with strong programming skills, especially in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and sales/marketing automation tools is essential.
Previous experience in developing small-scale applications, SaaS tools, or integrations is required.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are crucial.
Demonstrated experience in building AI agents, conversational bots, and workflow automations.
Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes or working knowledge of vector databases for RAG implementations is a plus.

Interview Process
Candidates selected for this position will undergo a structured interview process consisting of:
Preliminary video interaction with Softlab Solutions for about 10 minutes.
A second round of video interaction with the client’s HR Head and Project Manager lasting 40-50 minutes, focusing on technical skills.
The third round includes a practical/project interview, where candidates must complete a task to demonstrate their abilities during a 60-90 minute session.
