Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role encompass:
Designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered applications and agents focused on sales, marketing, and Revenue Operations.
Creating bespoke AI tools that are scalable and client-ready, utilizing platforms like HubSpot and other Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and delivering client-focused solutions.
Developing APIs, connectors, and integrations to facilitate the seamless adoption of AI tools in client environments.
Prototyping, testing, and revising innovative AI-driven features and applications while staying updated on the latest AI technologies.
Supporting the commercialization of AI products by ensuring their scalability and reliability for client-facing use.
Qualifications Required
Successful candidates must possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs including but not limited to OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (especially HubSpot) and sales/marketing automation tools.
Background in developing small-scale apps, SaaS tools, or integrations, as well as knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills are crucial, especially in a remote setup.
Experience in building AI agents or conversational bots and contributing to commercialized SaaS products.

Ideally, candidates should also have:
Knowledge regarding data pipelines, ETL, and vector databases for RAG implementations.
Experience developing AI agents, chatbots, or automation workflows.
A sound understanding of the Model Context Protocol.

Interview Process
The selection process consists of three rounds:
