Job Description

The goal of this role is to have an AI Developer who is highly motivated to design, build, and deploy innovative AI-driven applications. This includes tools that integrate with various sales and marketing technologies, aiming to improve automation and efficiency for the clients.

The developer will work closely with product, marketing, and client services teams, focusing on releasing market-ready AI solutions. Key responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered applications and agents.
Building custom AI tools that integrate seamlessly with platforms such as HubSpot and other relevant systems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and deliver solutions tailored to clients.
Creating APIs, connectors, and integrations for effective deployment of the AI products.
Prototyping and iterating on new AI-driven features and staying updated on the latest technologies, such as LLMs and RAG frameworks.

This role does not only involve backend research; it is about delivering viable and adoptable AI products quickly.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area (or equivalent experience).
Have at least 3 years of professional software development experience.
Exhibit strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Have exposure to AI/ML frameworks and APIs like OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools.
Experience in developing small-scale applications, SaaS tools, or integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.
Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in creating AI agents or conversational bots.
Background in working within sales, marketing, or RevOps technology is a plus.
Familiar with data pipelines, ETL, or vector databases related to RAG implementations.
