Job Description

The AI Product Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying innovative AI-driven applications, agents, and tools. The position emphasizes the integration of these solutions with marketing technologies, such as HubSpot, and emphasizes automation, efficiency, and enhancing client value. This is not exclusively a research or back-end role; instead, it focuses on developing usable products that can be quickly adopted by clients. The candidate will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and client services teams to bring scalable AI products to the market, prototype quickly, and ship Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and agents to support various sales and marketing use cases.

Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript being preferred.
• Demonstrable experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs such as OpenAI, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, as well as sales and marketing automation tools.
• Proven capability in developing small-scale apps, SaaS tools, or integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong communication skills.
• Experience in building AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automations.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, or vector databases for RAG implementations.
• Background in sales, marketing, or RevOps technology.
