  • Contribute to the foundational work of the platform by investing in shared services that enhance the functionality of the engineering team as a whole.

  • Leverage AI tools across the software development stack, engaging in prototyping, testing, and producing AI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, integrating with product, design, compliance, and engineering partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Required Skills

To be eligible for this position, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience building production backend systems, preferably with FinTech exposure.

  • Proven experience in building services that deal with real-time decision-making and transactional integrity.

  • Proficiency in Go, or another similar programming language, with a willingness to quickly adapt.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, demonstrating a capacity to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
