Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Sr. Full Stack Developer position should possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in developing applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or VueJS.

• Proficient in developing RESTful APIs using technologies like NodeJS.

• Experience with full-stack application development is preferred, with an understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with Oracle database, as well as strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, is necessary. Experience with MongoDB is an added advantage.

• Experience with modules from the Oracle eBusiness Suite (like Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) is preferred.

• Proficiency in source code control systems such as GIT, and familiarity with concurrent development workflows.

• The candidate should demonstrate ability to thrive in a very agile environment that adapts to evolving requirements, displaying solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to be innovative and creative in technical solutions are crucial.

Educational Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain.

  

• A minimum of 3 years of software development experience, alongside business or system analysis experience, is required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position has been estimated to be between $105,000 and $130,000 annually. However, this can vary based on shifts, location, experience, skill set, performance, certifications, and business needs.
