Keep meticulous records that support decision-making processes of leadership by ensuring accuracy and cleanliness in HR documentation.
Handle all critical HR documentation, like promotion letters and confirmations, efficiently and professionally.
Conduct exit interviews thoughtfully, turning feedback into actionable insights that can improve future HR processes.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources with a strong focus on HR operations and employee engagement.
Familiarity with working in a digital marketing agency or a similarly fast-paced environment is preferred.
Proficient in using HR software and data management tools, with a willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent PowerPoint skills are required, while proficiency in design platforms like Canva and video editing is considered advantageous.
