Handling Leave Requests:
Managing leave of absence processes for R&D employees is another key responsibility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including FMLA and ADA.

Spotting Trends:
Tracking employee relations issues and manager questions, the HR Generalist will flag patterns to HR and R&D leaders, providing actionable insights for better employee management (e.g., spikes in turnover).

Keeping the Company Compliant:
The HR Generalist will maintain knowledge of U.S. employment laws, ensuring that R&D policies align and suggesting quick fixes to HR leadership when gaps are identified.
