A qualified candidate for the Sr. HR Generalist position should possess 3-5 years of solid HR experience. Additional required skills include:

  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP.
  • Knowledge of both federal and California employment laws.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
