Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales, with 5 years directly involved in a sales capacity and 3 years specifically as a dedicated sales trainer.
Sales Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with sales methodologies or certifications will be an advantage.
Facilitation Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage technical and educated colleagues in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
