Responsibilities

  • Analyze audit findings, formulate opinions, and develop actionable recommendations, actively participating in presentations to management.
  • Complete electronic work papers for review, assist in drafting audit report findings, and partake in closing meetings to explain findings and ratings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • 2 to 3 years of audit experience, with a strong preference for internal audit experience. Those with backgrounds in investments, superannuation, compliance, insurance broking, or consulting auditing will find themselves at an advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Competence in PowerBI and Alteryx is preferable.
  • A willingness to travel about 25% of the time per annum, which may include international engagements.
  • Candidates should be actively pursuing professional designations such as CPA, CIA, or CISA, with additional language skills viewed as a plus.
