  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution of product launch, adoption, and enablement strategies.

  • Bringing customer insights back to influence product decisions and adjusting GTM strategies based on market trends.

  • Enabling field teams with sales tools and positionings for effective market penetration.

  • Acting as a trusted thought partner externally at executive briefings and industry events.

  • Mentoring colleagues and contributing to the overall growth of the outbound product management function at ServiceNow.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To be successful in this high-impact role, candidates should possess:

  • 8+ years in outbound product management, GTM strategy, or product marketing, particularly in the areas of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) such as ITSM and cross-department workflows.

  • Proven capabilities in pitching complex SaaS solutions to senior executives, especially CIOs, which will be crucial for engaging clients effectively.

  • Strong collaboration experience with sales teams, showcasing the aptitude to drive pipeline generation and improve win rates.

  • Expertise in areas such as packaging, pricing, positioning, and differentiation of products.


  • Exceptional storytelling skills coupled with strong executive presence, important in articulating the product's value proposition convincingly.

  • A strategic mindset that is informed by data to effectively balance vision and execution.

Preferred Qualifications
