As a Staff Product Development Engineer within the Signal Integrity team, your key responsibilities will include:

Using simulation tools to address complex design challenges and ensure successful product delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong set of qualifications, including:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, along with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as electrical design, RF design, or PCB design.
Proficiency in using signal integrity analysis tools such as Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or similar platforms.
A fundamental understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior to guide design processes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret simulation and lab data accurately, which are critical for identifying issues and troubleshooting designs.
Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication, and assembly processes to ensure effective product development.
Proficiency in English, especially for global communication, is required to interact with co-workers and clients across different regions.
A proactive approach is necessary, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to varying time zones due to the global environment.
The salary for this position is competitive, with a range between $141,400 and $212,000 depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. TE Connectivity also offers additional incentives, benefits packages, and the opportunity for growth.
