Job Position

Responsibilities

The Staffing Manager will be tasked with several critical functions:

  • Staffing Strategy and Execution: Design and apply assessment processes that consider candidate qualifications and fit, ensuring a seamless hiring experience conforming to Galileo's standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage accurate reporting of staffing levels and oversee the hiring functions from application review to job offers, utilizing effective hiring practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure effective collaboration with Field Team leaders and maintain clear lines of communication, thereby aligning staffing efforts with operational needs.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop the Seasonal Selection Specialists team, driving performance and ensuring high-quality hiring practices.

Required Skills

Candidates seeking this role should possess a variety of relevant skills which include:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume hiring cycles (ideally over 1,000 hires).
  • 4-6 years of background in recruiting or talent acquisition, especially in strenuous environments as seen in education, retail, or similar sectors.
