The Strategic HR Business Partner will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Partnering with GTM Leaders to enhance team effectiveness, talent planning, and organizational development within the U.S. and Latin America.
Providing strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation reviews, and career pathing.
Acting as a culture steward to promote engagement, inclusion, and team cohesion in a remote or hybrid context.
Advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount allocation in alignment with team growth and evolution.
Leading or supporting critical People programs like quarterly performance reviews, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, and engagement surveys.
Monitoring employee sentiment to proactively identify areas of concern and address turnover risk or team dynamics.
Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a seamless employee journey.
Candidates interested in the position should possess the following skills and qualifications:
4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to supporting GTM or commercial functions.
Demonstrated experience working across U.S. and LATAM regions, with a strong preference for those with remote team experience.
Strong business acumen allowing for effective influence at multiple levels of leadership within the organization.
A thorough understanding of core HR disciplines, particularly performance management, employee relations, engagement, and compensation.
Ability to operate autonomously while thinking strategically and executing tactically.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environment.
While not mandatory, candidates who speak Spanish and/or Portuguese would have an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS and productivity tools such as Lattice, Asana, and Notion is also beneficial.
