Citrix is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager, a role pivotal in managing partner relationships for designated partners and territories. Primary Responsibilities

The Strategic Partner Manager will serve as the primary evangelist for CSG value and services opportunities within the assigned partners. The main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the integration of CSG priorities, messaging, and strategies into the partners' GTM approach.
  • Developing and executing joint business planning with the partner base aimed at driving services growth and generating beneficial outcomes for both Citrix and its partners.
  • Assisting partners in leveraging CSG services and competing promotions to promote expansion within customer accounts.
  • Coordinating with the enablement team, solution engineers, and services teams to ensure partners are strategically enabled on CSG products.
  • Facilitating executive engagement between partners and CSG leadership, aligning resources, and promoting each partner’s expertise within CSG.
  • Overseeing partner satisfaction through the monitoring of NPS scores and driving best practices in service delivery.
  • Fostering collaboration between CSG business units and Preferred Services partners while keeping abreast of product updates.
  • Engaging with CSG sales to identify and work on potential joint engagements.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 8 years in partner management or equivalent experience.
  • A proven history of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth, especially in the technology sales sector.
  • Familiarity with the global IT software industry is essential.
  • A deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel partners and service providers.
  • Candidates should possess a high level of overall business acumen and comprehension of partner business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • A passion for driving innovation and adapting to dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Travel and Compensation

Willingness to travel may be required as part of the position. The salary range for this role varies significantly based on location, qualifications, and experience, with the following ranges:



  • NYC generally ranges: CAD 142,968 - 214,452
  • CA generally ranges: CAD 149,184 - 223,776
  • All other locations: CAD 124,320 - 186,480

Compensation may include additional rewards such as annual bonuses and sales incentives based on individual performance and the terms of the applicable plan.
