As part of Stripe’s Product Legal team, the Product Counsel will engage with the legal and regulatory aspects of the design, construction, and execution of Stripe’s varied products and services. Develop and commercialize cryptocurrency and stablecoin products under Stripe’s Bridge line of business, ensuring compliance with global laws and contractual commitments.
Collaborate with a wide array of teams—product, engineering, partnerships, compliance, risk, and marketing—to navigate complex legal landscapes and ensure adherence to regulations.
Monitor and advise on emerging legal and regulatory trends, adapting existing laws to new technologies, and collaborating with global legal teams.
Establish effective processes for the legal review and launch of new products, while providing strategic guidance as a trusted advisor to senior managers.
Stay abreast of domestic and international regulations related to cryptocurrency, stablecoin, and traditional financial services products, ensuring Stripe’s products align with legislative advancements.
