   • Provide support and guidance to auditors in the field to maintain standards and drive improvements, preventing complacency.
   • Step in as a deputy for auditors during their absences due to holidays, sickness, or other business-related needs.
   • Manage the onboarding process for suppliers, including performing risk assessments and addressing issues as they arise.
   • Provide governance regarding food safety, quality, and labour provision standards across the supply chain.
   • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to spot emerging risks and assist in new supplier introductions.

2. Technical Training & Competency Management:

   
   • Direct the technical training team, overseeing roles such as remote trainers and training administrators.
   • Provide oversight and direction for the Licence to Train program and all company-wide technical training initiatives.
   • Ensure that training materials are aligned with regulatory, food safety, and corporate needs.
   • Review the existing training courses and introduce new resources while phasing out outdated or low-value programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in supplier assurance, auditing, and technical compliance, particularly within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly regulated supply chains.
