  • Collaborating with various teams to create, refine, and maintain relevant user stories and deliverables to meet development and stakeholder requirements.

  • Engaging in agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring seamless communication regarding assigned development areas.

  • Serving as a DevOps Analyst across multiple technology product lines, requiring proficiency in configuring, developing scripts, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensuring compliance with security standards throughout the development and deployment processes. Leading regular system audits and implementing necessary patches and updates constitutes regular responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must fulfill several qualifications, including:

  • A bachelor's degree or relevant technical experience, ideally with substantial direct exposure to professional environments.

  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, showcasing deep proficiency in significant products, programs, or technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, highlighting the ability to influence technology stakeholders effectively.

  • A demonstrated capacity for problem-solving and prioritizing tasks.

  • Experience in streamlining product delivery lifecycles while collaborating with both development and operations teams.

  • Basic technical understanding of adhered architectural designs, development standards, and security policies.

This position is classified as a hybrid role, meaning employees are expected to be in the office for part of the workweek, balancing personal and collaborative work. Most teams at Blue Shield work in-office two days weekly to foster teamwork, while employees living over 50 miles away will have tailored office attendance based on business needs.
