Demonstrating strong familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, testing approaches including Agile and Waterfall, and utilizing various QA tools.
Collaborating with product managers and developers to integrate quality procedures into the product development process.
Overseeing execution of testing activities, including but not limited to functional, regression, and performance testing.
Monitoring quality metrics to assess areas needing improvements and analyzing test results to identify trends.
Conducting audits to ensure quality standards compliance across various segments.
Implementing test automation strategies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Collaborating with training staff to create and update necessary documentation to improve team functionality.
To excel in the role of Systems and Quality Analyst Manager at Navitus Health Solutions, candidates must possess a combination of educational background and professional experience, including:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of experience in managing claims processing systems and quality assurance roles within a healthcare setting.
