The key responsibilities for this role include:
Utilizing the company’s Applicant Tracking System, along with LinkedIn and other social media sources, to attract potential candidates across different industries.
Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for various roles.
Facilitating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interviewing process.
Providing administrative assistance throughout the hiring lifecycle, including maintaining hiring records and preparing headcount reports.
Assisting with various projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to overall team objectives.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
100% fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, specifically in a U.S.-based company as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Talent Sourcer.
Proven experience in effectively sourcing and engaging with candidates, demonstrating the ability to quickly identify qualified talent.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, experience with Zoom is required.s
A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are also critical for success in this role.
Candidates must have their own computer or laptop, as the company does not provide equipment.
