Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Source candidates creatively using diverse methods including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and events.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements and define screening criteria as well as interview plans.

  • Conduct in-depth phone screens and initial interviews that delve beyond surface-level qualifications.

  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure that candidates enjoy an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process that includes timely updates and clear communication.

  • Use modern recruitment tools to track and optimize hiring pipelines and stay informed about hiring trends, market fluctuations, and competitor benchmarks.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in a flat organizational structure and dealing with ambiguity.
