To qualify as a Talent Acquisition Partner, candidates must demonstrate the following:
A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 1 year in-house experience preferred, ideally within a technical environment.
Proven success in an early-stage tech company, showcasing the ability to compete effectively for top-tier talent.
A strong ability to attract passive candidates and develop diverse talent pipelines.
Proven track record in influencing stakeholders and creatively addressing complex recruiting challenges.
