  • Sourcing candidates through diverse methods such as direct outreach, Boolean search, referrals, job boards, and innovative channels.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and requisition data utilizing Rippling Recruiter, the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Providing updates and insights to hiring managers and the People Team, thereby improving alignment and forecasting in recruitment.
  • Utilizing hiring data and insights to refine sourcing strategies and enhance overall outcomes in the hiring process.
  • Contributing to cross-functional efforts that enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring practices throughout the company.
  • Staying updated on emerging AI trends in talent acquisition and evaluating tools that can increase efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Implementing validation methods to ensure the authenticity and engagement of candidates, particularly with remote-first recruitment challenges.

Goals for Success

Success in this role will be evaluated through clear milestones:

In the first 3 months, the candidate should aim to:

  • Independently manage 4–6 open roles, receiving positive feedback from hiring managers.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Rippling Recruiter and internal hiring processes.
  • Identify and implement at least one streamlined recruiting workflow.

After 6 months:

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to multiple hiring teams, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Improve quality-of-hire metrics by developing better candidate evaluation and assessment practices.

By 12 months, the candidate should:

  • Continue acting as a trusted partner across the business and share valuable insights that can enhance the employer brand or sourcing strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and support onboarding for new members of the People Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, showing expertise across various functions and levels.
  • Proven success in recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector.

  • Strong communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different time zones.
