As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, the successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
Source and engage with top-tier talent across non-technical roles utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to get a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and team dynamics.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, qualifications, and ensure alignment with the company culture.
Act as an ambassador for Underdog Sports, promoting the company's brand and values to attract high-quality talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Provide actionable insights by analyzing hiring metrics and identifying areas for improvement within the recruitment process.
Participate in regular hiring syncs to keep the team updated on candidate progress and pipeline lifecycle.
To be eligible for this position, a candidate must have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on marketing and corporate roles.
Proven ability to assess candidate qualifications, both technically and culturally.
Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with hiring teams, functioning as a strategic partner in the recruitment process.
Experience contributing to various talent acquisition initiatives that have yielded significant results.
A metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proactive, resourceful team player traits with the aptitude for solving complex hiring challenges.
