Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Full-cycle recruiting: This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending job offers.

  • Data Management: Maintaining compliance and data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Supporting branding initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and strengthen the hiring pipeline.
  • Workflow Improvement: Constantly refining recruiting workflows and introducing automation when feasible.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates applying for this role should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, with specific experience in Go-To-Market or healthcare roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to manage 12-18 job openings simultaneously.
  • Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and coaching hiring managers.
