Job Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer, with a primary focus on roles within the Sales and Marketing teams. Your tasks will include:

  • Planning, organizing, and leading the recruitment process as the project manager.
  • Ensuring high-quality communication within the hiring project team.
  • Designing assessment processes and tools to evaluate candidate competencies.
  • Meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements), deadlines, and maintaining recruitment process stages.
  • Collaborating with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with top talent.
  • Engaging in recruitment marketing activities to attract candidates and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Managing hiring projects across the USA and also engaging with talent communities in LATAM (Latin America) and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa).

Your role will entail significant project management skills, and you will utilize top-tier recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Calendly to facilitate efficiency and quality in hiring.

Required Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in hiring sales professionals in the USA.
  • A proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment projects.
  • Experience hiring and placing candidates outside of the US.
  • Strong expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior.
  • Understanding of international sourcing principles.
  • Basic fluency in English (C2) level is essential.

Nice to have skills:

  • Familiarity with competency-based approaches to interviewing.
  • Strong networking capabilities and the knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish.
  • Interest in closing non-tech positions and experience with Ashby ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Assessment Process

The recruitment process for this role will include the following steps:


  • Initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • A role-play scenario.
  • A competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • A case study to evaluate your practical skills.
  • Final interview with the hiring manager.
