  • Assisting new employees with relocation procedures and housing setups.

  • Entering recruitment data into relevant systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Providing general administrative support for HR programs and processes, including payroll transactions, promotions, and terminations.
  • Covering for business office functions when necessary, demonstrating the principles of a Just Culture and the hospital's organizational values.
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance in all operations.
