Open Core Ventures (OCV) is actively seeking a Talent Lead to spearhead their CEO recruiting function. The Talent Lead will own the CEO recruiting process, expanding its current capacity from just two companies per month to over one hundred in the future. Responsibilities include:

Automating workflows from Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management to reference checks and founder onboarding procedures.
Establishing comprehensive recruiting platform processes to support early-stage growth, including creating interview guides and managing relationships with external search firms.

A Bachelor’s degree as the minimum educational requirement.
A proven track record in successfully closing senior leadership hires in startups, venture-backed companies, or tech firms.
