A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
6-8 years of experience in digital product management, business transformation, or AI enablement.
Proficiency in delivering AI, analytics, or workflow automation solutions in complex organizations.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, workflow automation tools, and Python scripting.
A demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into practical digital solutions, along with exceptional communication and influence skills.
The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a base salary range of $161,200 - $241,800, subject to change based on the candidate's location and experience. The compensation structure includes:
