Role Details

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that requires being office-based, with the option to work from home one day per week. The position can be located at Apollo's Heywood, Wolverhampton, or Peterborough offices. This role will also play a significant part in a digitalisation project set to begin in 2025, aimed at transitioning from a paper-based system to digital care records. Responsibilities related to this project will include supporting data input and migration, training clinical staff, and becoming a 'Superuser' of the new digital system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for the Team Leader position, candidates must meet the following requirements:



  • Hold a Registered Nurse (adult's or children's) certification with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, particularly in home healthcare or a similar setting.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with clinical advancements.

Salary and Benefits
