Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a vital part in Apollo Home Healthcare's upcoming digitalization project, which is set to commence in 2025. This project entails migrating from a paper-based system to digital care records, fundamentally transforming the delivery of services.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates will be required to:

  • Support the migration and input of clinical data into the new system
  • Provide training and support for Clinical Nurse Specialists
  • Assume the role of a Superuser for the new digital system
  • Assist in creating digital clinical paperwork that aligns with client profiles
  • Oversee clinical operations of home healthcare services to consistently maintain high standards of care
  • Develop clinical policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance checks to enhance care standards
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for clinical staff
  • Ensure strong communication with clients, families, and external healthcare providers
  • Monitor clinical performance and report on metrics and outcomes.
