  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in tech or high-growth environments, showcasing a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles efficiently.

  • Demonstrated strong sourcing skills, with familiarity in leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.

  • Experience with ATS platforms to track recruitment metrics.
