The Role

Key Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring both front-end and back-end development teams to foster a cooperative environment.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Investigating and resolving complex technical issues while providing expert guidance.
Leveraging AWS or other cloud services to enhance platform capabilities.
Designing and developing a scalable REST API using Go.
Implementing critical system modules like user management and various payment transactions.
Creating responsive web applications with React and ensuring user-friendly interfaces.
Setting up continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess several key qualifications, including:

At least 5 years of professional experience in developing full-stack applications.
Expertise in GoLang and Node.js.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React or Vue.js.
Familiarity with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and experience in API design.
Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills suited for remote teamwork.

Preferred Skills

While not essential, the following preferred skills would enhance a candidate’s profile:

Experience in building Payment Platforms.
Background with DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of IoT integrations and NFC technologies.
Familiarity with mobile app development for both iOS and Android.
Experience with Stripe integration.

Contract Details

This position starts with a minimum three-month contract but possesses the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and the company's growth trajectory.
