• Technical Pre-Sales/Consulting experience: At least 7 years of experience designing and executing data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise settings.

• Profound knowledge of Salesforce platforms, particularly with practical experience in Agentforce and D360 services.

• Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and their interoperability capabilities.

• A proven track record in prompt engineering and management of agent lifecycle processes, inclusive of hands-on development of prototypes.

• AI & ML expertise: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the ability to convey their value effectively to various stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
