Job Responsibilities

The Technical Product Consultant at BMO is expected to perform a diverse range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Providing troubleshooting services and post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.

  • Collaborating closely with various teams, including Product, Tech, and Operations, to enhance client service delivery.

  • Engaging in business development initiatives to meet or exceed business goals, thereby driving company success.

  • Participating in client discussions relating to service issues, responding to queries, and addressing concerns with efficiency.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes that enhance operational efficiency and meet the evolving needs of key clientele.

  • Towning databases and carrying out analytical tasks which may involve forecasting and data visualization.

  • Creating and implementing comprehensive training programs that align team capabilities with organizational objectives.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards in all client interactions and documentations.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Finance or Supply Chain Solutions products.

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing. Equivalent work experience may also be accepted.

  • Possess advanced knowledge of product knowledge, regulatory compliance, data analysis reporting, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach with effective people management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Show a capacity for strategic thinking and solution-oriented performances in managing complex tasks.

Salary Information

The salary for the Technical Product Consultant position ranges from $88,800.00 to $165,600.00.
