Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating product documentation for technical software, preferably in environments involving DevSecOps, cloud-based platforms, or compliance tools for government use.

  • Familiarity with essential concepts such as DevSecOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, REST APIs, and Microservices.

  • Strong ability to collaborate closely with engineers, UX designers, and product managers in a fast-paced agile environment.

  • Proficiency in using various content and version control systems (like Git) as well as documentation tools, including Confluence.

  • Exceptional writing skills characterized by clarity and accuracy in conveying technical details.

  • A proactive mindset coupled with a self-starter attitude, capable of suggesting and initiating improvements.



  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical information into understandable terms for stakeholders without a technical background.
