Key Responsibilities

The Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which can be categorized into several main areas:

CRO & Funnel Optimization

  • The candidate will continuously execute tests on ClickFunnels and Webflow pages, email campaigns, and in-app flows.
  • Focus will be on prioritizing tests to boost click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
  • An ongoing optimization loop will be maintained to maximize overall funnel performance.
  • The role involves creating comprehensive A/B testing plans detailing hypotheses, variables, success criteria, and learning objectives.

Ad Creative & Copy Testing

  • The manager will collaborate with a paid advertising agency to guide them effectively.
  • They will review, create, and test alternative copy angles and creatives across various paid media channels.
  • Project management of current tests will be coordinated with the creative team and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Marketplace Go-to-Market Execution

  • Various multi-channel campaigns will be designed to recruit, onboard, and activate new Marketplace Affiliates, focusing on demand generation strategies.
  • The position will require balancing supply and demand growth to ensure a healthy marketplace user experience.
  • Performance optimization will involve tracking campaign metrics, analyzing conversion funnels, and iterating tactics to enhance marketplace growth.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Ensuring precise and complete tracking across tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WickedReports will be essential.
  • Weekly performance reports will be built and delivered, identifying next testing opportunities based on data insights.

SEO & Content Experiments

  • The manager will be tasked with creating and optimizing new marketplace product pages to drive search engine visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Existing webpages will be audited and enhanced to improve SEO performance and organic traffic, aligning with the social media manager on organic content strategies.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Managing external agencies and vendors will ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and scope.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, clear creative briefs will be developed to guide partner deliverables.

Team Leadership

  • Mentorship will be provided to project manage the Marketing Specialist’s professional development and help with deliverable completion.
  • The manager will work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and document departmental standard operating procedures and best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or performance marketing is required. Candidates must possess a proven track record in managing and optimizing marketing funnels and have experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and GoHighLevel.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in landing page builders like ClickFunnels, Webflow, and GoHighLevel.
  • Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and marketing attribution.
  • Capabilities in direct response copywriting and management of external agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally, candidates should have SaaS or B2B marketing experience, as well as familiarity with affiliate marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of SEO and experience in content marketing related to multi-sided platform environments will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers competitive compensation in the range of $70,000 - $85,000 USD annually. In addition to salary, the benefits package includes:
