The SEO Manager's responsibilities are broad and encompass multiple areas of digital marketing. The selected candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive SEO roadmap for the company’s portfolio of over 40 websites. Key responsibilities include the following:
Develop and execute a results-driven SEO strategy that aligns with TITAN’s overarching business goals.
Lead keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor analysis across various international markets.
Define and implement best practices for on-page SEO, involving tasks like optimizing metadata, headers, and schema.
Own and evolve the link-building strategy by collaborating with local teams and public relations.
Conduct regular site audits to enhance crawlability, improve internal linking, and boost page speed.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in coordination with the in-house IT team to ensure smooth operational processes.
Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs using various industry-standard SEO tools.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, including advancements in AI and updates to search algorithms. The role necessitates maximizing exposure through platforms like ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs).
To effectively fulfill this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with a demonstrated track record of results.
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and proficiency in web analytics.
Experience working with WordPress CMS.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing for efficient collaboration with developers.
Advanced proficiency with tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication in a global setting.
