The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing always-on demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing programs. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement always-on demand generation: Create and execute ongoing campaigns targeting Mid-Market to Enterprise audience segments. This includes spearheading pipeline growth initiatives.
Partnering closely with Sales: Align inbound and outbound activities to drive targeted pipeline generation and quality opportunities.
Implement lead nurturing programs: Develop continuous lead nurturing programs that engage prospects throughout their buyer journey, guiding them into the sales funnel.
Create measurement models: Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to implement measurement models reflecting the contributions of marketing activities through various channels. This involves providing insights into revenue drivers to inform strategic decisions.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in lead and demand generation within a B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation strategies.
Deep expertise in at least one tactical vertical of Demand Generation, such as virtual events, content production, or CRM management.
Hands-on experience with Hubspot is mandatory, alongside familiarity with other CRM systems being a plus.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Understanding of lead scoring and qualification techniques.
