Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Training and Development Lead will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and scaling strategic training programs that align with the Claims operational priorities.
• Leading the entire planning and execution of training projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business needs.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
• Identifying skill gaps and opportunities for enablement by closely partnering with Claims leadership.
• Facilitating workshops and targeted upskilling sessions aimed at driving operational excellence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Knowledge Management and Instructional Design, to deliver cohesive training solutions.
• Staying current on Learning & Development best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

Eligible candidates should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational enablement.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training impacts and correlate programs with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• A proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
