  • Proficiency in assessing risk exposures and understanding the legal and regulatory landscape governing insurance practices.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, alongside professional qualifications (e.g. CII) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics against industry benchmarks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and motivate stakeholders effectively.
