Job Role and Responsibilities

As the Director of Data Science, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for the Data Science Group. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
At least 8 years of practical experience with AI frameworks, including PyTorch, Transformers, and Deep Learning.
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Proven expertise in managing and aligning technical goals with business objectives.
Experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent.
Strong ability to manage large-scale projects effectively, often with tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
