We are on the hunt for a dynamic User Acquisition (UA) Manager to join our Consumer Marketing Department at Xsolla. Our ideal candidate is someone with a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and meticulous attention to detail, all fueled by an intrinsic motivation to excel. Experience with high-quality products, sustainable development practices, and a continuous improvement mindset is vital. We're particularly interested in individuals who have previously managed marketing campaigns in the video game industry and possess a strong understanding of the mobile gaming sector. If gaming excites you and you have a background in video game campaign management, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
As a UA Manager at Xsolla, you will spearhead various aspects of marketing campaigns. You will manage, optimize, and analyze performance marketing campaigns for both current and upcoming game titles. A critical part of the role will be to profitably oversee significant monthly budgets across key marketing channels, including Google AdWords, Facebook, ironSource, Vungle, Unity, and others. You'll be the primary liaison for advertising partners, ensuring smooth troubleshooting of campaign issues. Supporting managerial reporting, campaign optimization, and user acquisition strategies will also fall within your remit, providing data-driven insights for budget planning. Identifying and testing new traffic sources and managing insertion orders and legal documentation with partners are other key responsibilities. This role requires collaboration with the Marketing Director to analyze user data and predict future trends regarding user cohorts.
Our candidate must hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent training in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with 2-4 years of experience in performance advertising/marketing, ideally within digital marketing. A background in quantitative analysis and reporting, preferable in the gaming industry, is crucial. The role demands strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. While not mandatory, 1+ years of marketing experience in mobile gaming or the app space, along with familiarity with game data and analytics platforms, is desirable.
At Xsolla, we prioritize building a diverse and inclusive community, encouraging applications from all backgrounds. Studies indicate that women and people of color may be less inclined to apply if they don't meet all listed requirements. We urge potential applicants to apply if they feel they can excel in this role, even without meeting every qualification. We are looking to foster an environment that supports the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families, offering 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and personalized career roadmaps.
Xsolla is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and inclusivity without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristic. We also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in alignment with the Fair Chance Act.
Prospective UA Managers will undergo a background check that includes criminal history, employment verification, education verification, credit history check, and professional license verification. The check's relevance pertains to the role's need to create branding assets and access confidential company data. We welcome inquiries about rights under the Fair Chance Act. By applying, you consent to Xsolla processing your data for employment opportunities in accordance with our Privacy Notice for Job Applicants.
Join us at Xsolla to not just build a business, but to cultivate a community valuing creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
