The Director of Product will own and drive the product strategy for Visit.org, working closely with the CTO and COO to ensure timely product launches and execution. Candidates for this role will be responsible for the following key areas:
Product Strategy: Own the product strategy, leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of enterprise products.
Team Leadership: Create a productive team culture by proactively planning team structure and development, and ensuring alignment between team and business goals.
Innovative Solutions: Establish and lead an AI-first product strategy, driving the embedding of AI capabilities into the product roadmap.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, account management, and marketing teams to align goals and communicate plans effectively.
Data Strategy Management: Oversee data strategy to support Visit.org's goals, including the collection, processing, and analysis of product usage and market research.
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to shape requirements and features for products.
Candidates should fit the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years in product management with at least 4 years in a leadership role, particularly focused on B2B SaaS solutions targeting enterprise markets.
AI-Enabled Products: Proven track record in defining and delivering AI-enabled products, leveraging AI tools to streamline decision-making and operations.
Analytical Skills: Strong skills in both quantitative analytics and qualitative user research are critical for this role.
Communication Skills: Superb communication skills are necessary to effectively bring stakeholders on board.
Innovative Mindset: An ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for world-class UX and detail-oriented execution, combined with a self-starter mentality that thrives in a dynamic environment.
