Position Overview

Role Title

The position in focus is the Vice President of Marketing.

Core Responsibilities

The VP of Marketing will lead Teramind’s marketing team with a strong emphasis on lead generation. This role requires a robust combination of creativity and management skills, allowing the candidate to drive ambitious growth targets effectively.

Day-to-Day Duties

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies primarily focused on lead generation and conversion.

  • Implementing creative and outside-the-box ideas, including "guerilla" campaigns, with a successful track record.

  • Quickly pivoting and experimenting with new trends in the marketing landscape.

  • Establishing clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate lead generation performance across various channels like paid, organic, and events.

  • Creating compelling content and campaigns designed to draw qualified leads.

  • Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure proper lead handoff, optimizing the lead-to-customer journey.

  • Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, emphasizing creativity and results.

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with proven results in lead generation.

  • At least 2 years of experience in team management, exhibiting the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
