The position in focus is the Vice President of Marketing.
The VP of Marketing will lead Teramind’s marketing team with a strong emphasis on lead generation. This role requires a robust combination of creativity and management skills, allowing the candidate to drive ambitious growth targets effectively.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and executing marketing strategies primarily focused on lead generation and conversion.
Implementing creative and outside-the-box ideas, including "guerilla" campaigns, with a successful track record.
Quickly pivoting and experimenting with new trends in the marketing landscape.
Establishing clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate lead generation performance across various channels like paid, organic, and events.
Creating compelling content and campaigns designed to draw qualified leads.
Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure proper lead handoff, optimizing the lead-to-customer journey.
Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, emphasizing creativity and results.
The ideal candidate should possess:
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with proven results in lead generation.
At least 2 years of experience in team management, exhibiting the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
Strong creative vision and the capacity to translate concepts into actionable marketing initiatives.
A data-driven mindset with experience utilizing analytics and AI to boost marketing performance.
Excellent communication skills to motivate a team toward shared objectives.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and various digital marketing channels.
Intermediate level of HubSpot experience is a must.
While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be beneficial:
Proven ability to implement innovative lead generation strategies with measurable outcomes.
A balance of creative thinking and analytical decision-making capabilities.
Success in motivating teams to not just meet but exceed targets consistently.
Experience in a startup or post-startup environment, especially with companies experiencing rapid growth from $50 million to $200 million ARR.
