Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of WordPress Delivery, your primary responsibilities include:

Leading Website Creation: Manage the full end-to-end website development process from concept through to delivery. Ensure that each project aligns with quality standards and performance metrics.
Process Optimization: Streamline operational workflows by utilizing data insights. You will identify bottlenecks in development processes and promote effective automation.
Team Coaching: Provide mentorship and support to enhance team skills, focusing on performance and delivery quality.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams—Design, Copy, QA, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Research—to ensure aligned goals and smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: A minimum of 8 years in WordPress website creation with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing development teams.
