Analyzing operational data to identify areas of opportunity for process improvements within Compliance Operations.
Creating What-if staffing scenarios that evaluate trade-offs between customer experience, employee experience, operational flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance WFM strategies.
Working with vendor partners to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Utilizing statistical methods to analyze performance trends and improve critical metrics such as average handle time and operational utilization.
Regularly presenting findings and recommendations to senior and executive management.
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
At least five years of experience in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning roles.
Demonstrable expertise in forecasting and capacity planning in complex back-office environments.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to create complex staffing models.
Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive collaboration skills to enhance resource utilization and overall performance metrics.
Strong analytical capabilities to manage large data sets and derive trends.
A strong inclination towards delivering exceptional operations within compliance.
While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences may have a competitive edge:
Familiarity with KYC, AML, or transaction monitoring in compliance operations.
A background in consulting or the Tech/Fintech sectors.
Certification in six sigma (yellow, green, or black belt).
